Psalm 41:9-11

⁹ Even my close friend,^(A)
    someone I trusted,
one who shared my bread,
    has turned^[a] against me.^(B)

¹⁰ But may you have mercy^(C) on me, Lord;
    raise me up,^(D) that I may repay^(E) them.
¹¹ I know that you are pleased with me,^(F)
    for my enemy does not triumph over me.^(G)
